As per your rank and caste category, you have tough chances to get EEE branch in KLE Technological University . But, you may get Mechanical Engg branch with your gained rank according to last year cut off database.

The cutoff of ECE department last year was around 15000. So there the probability of you getting seat in BVB ECE department is more. I guess you will get the seat.

It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like number of seats available, difficulty level of the exam, number of students appeared in the exam, Category, etc.

You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to, so I'm considering

The cutoff rank for CSE is provided for unaided and it is around 5900 . The only difference between aided and unaided is that , for aided , we have to pay KCET fees of around 19K + college fees and for unaided it is around 60K

Difference between KLE Technology University and KLE institute of technolgy is that KLE institute of technology is better as it has more good faculties,placement and more less closing rank than KLE Technology University.Therefore KLE institute of technology is more good due to its placement
