At this rank, you won't get CS in IET Lucknow. Closing rank last year for genreal category candidates for CSE was 728. You can get the following branches in IET Lucknow:

• Chemical
• Civil
• Electrical
• Electronics and Instrumentation 
• Mechanical

You can get CS in other colleges. I would suggest you to use college predictor so as to have a better view of all the options available to you.
