By the way you can't score of 100 marks in JEE Mains. To get seat in NIT Srinagar you have get the rank of below given :

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering -

Round  1 - 3006

Round  2 - 3511

Round  3 - 3516

Round  4 - 3516

Round  5 - 3516

Dear student,

No, you cannot get cse branch in nit srinagar with scoring 100 marks in jee mains, unless and until you belong to some category like pwd or you belong to home state quota in csab round counseling.

But if you are from other state, then there is no chance that you can get nit srinagar cse branch with just 100 marks.
And also you have to clear the percentile cutoff set up by the nta form amy particular category fron which you belong.
