Hello Shilpa,

SASTRA rank is published based in the calculation (0.25*jee percentile)+(0.75*Boards Percentile). Based on this calcualtion , i think you can get a seat in main campus but however i can't assure you that you'll be getting a seat in CSE, since the competition is pretty high this time around. Be early on your counselling date, cuz that might increase the chance of getting a seat in the course you desire.

Hello Shilpa,
It will be quite difficult to get CSE in Sastra University at this rank because it depends on number of applicants for a particular branch. You should look for other branch also like Information Technology, Electronics and Communication as these branches are also good in future aspects. Also keep looking for other colleges as well if you only want CSE branch.
