Dtu and nsut are the best government engineering colleges in Delhi. And there is a high competition for admission in CSE branch in these colleges. Your rank is very low for CSE in any government colleges like dtu,nsut, iiitd and you wouldn't be able to get CSE branch. You should try for other courses available there. You can check the previous year cutoff of these colleges at the official website of jac delhi.
With this rank you should try for another private colleges or any IPU colleges because your jee mains rank is not sufficient for admission in DTU.
