No there is no chance of getting CSE in either of the colleges But

You have more chances of getting mechanical. You may opt for mechanical with specialization in Energy which is as good as mechanical.
For mechanical, your tuition fee may come around 4-5 lacs.
For mechanical with energy, it may be 3 lacs.
