The Performing Arts, English and Psychology is a triple major course at Christ University held for a duration of three years. It is a course that is a combination of skill,aptitude and analysis. If you have an interest for dance,music and theatre along with psychology and English, the course is a good option for you.

Under performing arts, for the first year, you learn all the three subjects (dance, music and theatre). In the second year,you are required to select a major that you would continue studying for the rest of the two years. Your assessments and examinations will be based on both practical and theory . There is also an M.A. in performing arts as an extension of the course that the University offers. In dance , the students are taught a crash course in Bharatnatyam along with other styles. In music, they are taught Carnatic music by trained professionals. In theatre they are taught, Indian theatre.

In Psychology,you will learn an introduction to psychology,social psychology,health psychology,abnormal psychology and positive psychology. If you develop the core concepts well, Christ University also helps it's students in getting internships and placements. Further ,there are many programs and conferences that the university is reputed for.

In literature ,you will learn British literature,American literature, lit theory, post-colonialism and World literature.

After the course you may choose to specialize in any of the three majors and have the others as a backup. Furthermore, the college gives you exposure to alot of events and opportunities that can be a boost to your career.
