With this rank and outside Delhi sc certificate you can get admission in DTU. But you will not get CSE, SE, IT, MCE, ECE etc. But you can get other branches like EE, CE, PIE, PCT, EP, ENE, Biotech in dtu. You can get admission till sixth round or in spot round. So don't lose hope and fill all the branches in the choice filling as you can get a good branch in DTU.
