Hey! Hi Spear.
YES, you will get GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING and TECHNOLOGY, JAMMU through JKCET since your Rank is decent but you may get MECHANICAL, ELECTRONICS and COMMUNICATION or CSE only.
