NEET Domicile Criteria 2021 - Aspirants qualifying the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ( NEET ) can be granted admission to state quota seats and private institutes. From every government medical and dental colleges, 85% state quota will be available for the state domicile NEET candidates.
It must be noted that being a NEET domicile mean that the candidate must be a permanent resident of the particular state. To facilitate the state domicile candidates, the state counselling authorities will grant admission to those who fulfil the NEET 2021 state domicile eligibility.

If you don't have a domicile certificate in Gujarat, then you cannot get any medical college for MBBS admission as a person has to be a resident of Gujarat to be eligible for admission to Gujarat medical colleges. But if you have passed your 12th standard from any Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya which is situated outside Gujarat, then you will be eligible for MBBS in Gujarat medical colleges.
