So, according to your JEE Mains rank, I'm really sorry to tell you that it's nearly impossible to get into any IIITs, not even IIIT manipur for general category( I'm assuming that you are from general category, because you didn't mention any specific category) . The cutoffs for NITs are very high as you might be knowing, they being one of the best colleges in the country.

It is not easy to exactly tell whether you get IIIT manipur with rank or not, But As per the previous year cutoff it is not possible to get IIITM in this rank.
