can i get into iiit naya raipur with rank of 168963 in general category with cg quota and 87% in 12th

No all IIits cutoff closes at most 80000 rank. .
Also in Iiit's there is no home state quota
There is only all india quota.
And your 12th marks does not matter (it should be above 75%).
With a rank of 168963 you can't get into any IIIT's .
You need to be in too 75-80 thousand
