First of all IIIT Gwalior doesn't provide BTech IT, rather it  provides 5 year integrated bTech -mtech in IT and 5 year integrated btech IT and MBA

This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/percentile/rank required in JEE mains to get a seat in iiit gwalior as cut off  keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.

But yes,

When we go through previous year trend then , it suggests that with 5000 BC NCL rank you have very good chances for getting integrated BTech Mtech in IT and integrated BTech in IT and MBA in IIIT Gwalior

In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 , for obc ncl   closing category rank under All india quota for gender neutral is provided below for IIIT Gwalior

• Integrated B. Tech.(IT) and M. Tech (IT) :- 5251

• Integrated B. Tech.(IT) and MBA :- 7017

Now, limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so focus on your preparation, to prepare well for your jee examination, go through chapters first and your focus should be on grasping concepts , practising questions and then revising them, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
