As IPU has started taking admissions for B. Tech from this year only so their are no previous cutoffs by which we can surely answer the questions. But yeah estimates are made by the experts. 

first of all it alot depends whether you are delhi domicile or not. Because delhi domicile students have 85% quota.

20K- 30K is the estimated first round cutoff rank for MSIT, CSE branch.

30k-50K first round cut off for MSIT, IT branch.

Through further rounds of counselling rankings will fall down more. 

you have a great chance to get admission in MAIT or MSIT  in IT or CSE branch.
