As per last year , with 359 marks your all india rank would be around 1.7lakhs.Cut off for SC category in Telangana was 1.2 lakhs and that was in Mahavir Institute of medical sciences, Vikarabad.

But the cut off changes every year based on various factors.

You can try for management quota seats.
