Well as you say that you have got a rank of 179000 approx in ojee and you are willing to join mining engineering in GCE Keonjhar..... Well your rank is not too bad it is a decent one, so after considering previous year rankings of different colleges i can say that you are having possibility to get mining engineering in GCE Keonjhar.
