Yes, you can get a refund of application fees after withdrawing the form when the correction window is open. But the last date to do this was 14th July.
If you have already withdrawn the form then a refund will be initiated in the account from which the fees were paid.
But if you are looking to withdraw this now then you can't do it since the correction window is closed.
