Hope you are doing well. Yes you can get a seat for either CMR Institute Of Technology or New Horizon College Of Engineering with this rank in second round of seat allotment or in second extended round of seat allotment. The reason for not getting any seat in first round is that you may not have chosen sufficient number of choices. You should choose at least 60-70 choices on a safer side.
