Your jee main rank is very high to get you a seat in any NITs. Even if you get a seat you will definitely not be able to get top branches. But as you are female and also having advantage as home state you might get a seat in NIT Patna for lower branches during the last rounds and the CSAB spot round. But for top branches as you have mentioned, you might not get them.
So please apply for the counseling process till the last round and also the CSAB spot round.
