YES, there are chances of you get NSIT( now NSUT). 

As per the previous year cut offs for OBC outside Delhi region, Up to 2nd round you can easily get your desired branches except for Computer science. The cutoff for CS branch is approx 6k rank. so for you, it is difficult to have CSE.

Along with jee rank you also need to secure at least 60% marks (50% for OBC-NCL, 55% for PWD, Pass in PCM for SC/ST) in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class XII.
