As you did not mention your category,considering you as GEN student,with your rank you have no chances to fetch a seat in JNTU KALIKIRI  for any branch.the last year cutoff for for last branch food techology is 40564 and you have very high so you have no chances.each year cutoffs change due to many factors like total students apperaing for exam,difficulty level etc.for more info about the list of colleges you can have for your rank check :
