Its a very good rank Congrats!You can get seat in top 15 colleges in telangana.

VNR vignan jyothi,

Gokaraju rangaraju,

Bhoj reddy etc

you can also have chances to get into any of the branch in JNTU and O.U. not main branches like cse,ece,etc. May be you can vet but not in first round of counselling.
