Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. According to last year cut-off you have very less chances for getting admission in Cs branch at VIT Pune because last year cut-off was little higher then this so you have to wait till last round.
