You can surely give the NEET exam next year as according to the new rules of NTA ,there is no attempt limit which means we can give as many attempts we want ,provided we satisfy the age criteria which is that the candidaye must be older than 17 years of age and less than 25 years of age (relaxation for reserved categories)
