This year I gave my 12 exam but get cross in a subject.If I attend the 12 exam next year.Will I be eligible for NEET.

You can be eligible even after improvements exam and ince you have minimum 50% aggregate marks and only then you are allowed to appear NEET UG.
You can give Any number of attempts and age limits is within 25years.
