You can do your B.Ed in distance and apply for M.Sc in same or different university. This is one way but it involves complications like clash of exam dates.

Other possibility is to do an integrated course.

Central University of Rajasthan also offers Integrated M.Sc and B.Ed courses in Physics and Mathematics (3 Years).
