upon completion of your MBBS in the country of Russia, you are eligible to practice medicine as well as perform surgeries in India. However you are required to ensure that the university where you have pursued your medical degree is approved by the MCI. Following which you are required to pass the MCI screening test. After qualifying these criteria, you are eligible to practice medicine in India.
