In AIQ, All India Quota councelling you can select as many colleges in mbbs and bds as you want. There is no holds barred. Although filling in their list does not guarantee your career in the medical stream.

Apply for councelling and wait patiently till the merit list is released.

Yes you can fill out both mbbs and bds colleges in the counseling form. This year the minimum cutoff for achieving the seat in government college is more than 550 marks. If you have scored more than this marks you can apply for government colleges but if you have a ow score than this you can try you bds and private colleges.
