1) If you don't have a domicile of West Bengal then you can only get a seat via AI 15% seat counselling.... As you havent stated your marks in ypur question or wether you are a future aspirant..Its difficult for me to guide you in details..

2) Now if you  have domicile of West Bengal ( the details of which you can see in www.wbmcc.com) then you can apply both via AI 15% seat counselling and State 85% seat counseling...

Your chances of obtaining admission will totally depend on your NEET UG score. The seats of government medical/dental colleges will be divided between 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota. The counselling for All India Quota will be conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and the counselling for 85% State Quota seats will be conducted by Department of Health & Family Welfare, Kolkata.
