Yes, you can apply for both all india quota (AIQ) as well as state quota.
Luckily, there are no restrictions on choosing either of the two.
We can choose both.
We can also apply for both all india counselling and state quota as well.
However, counselling does not ensures a guarantee of getting a desired college.
Out of both the counsellings all india counselling has more chances of secure you a college than state counselling.
Counselling registration dates have begun.
They start from 19th of june and lasts till 24th june.

Yes you can apply for both- All India quota and state Counselling.
MCC has started the registration for NEET 2019 counselling from June 19 after 8 pm. The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct NEET counselling registration for round one from June 19 till June 24. The choice filling for the first round of NEET counselling to start from June 20, 2019. Subsequently, the result of seat allotment process will be released on June 27, 2019.
