As your query is you want to know whether you can opt for both the course in BDS and MBBS and go with all the options provided to you . 

I would like to tell you that , yes of course in case of NEET Telangana or in any counselling process, definitely you can go for all the options provided to you in the process of selection. 

At the end it all depends upon the choice that you go for , and they can't stop you from selection that you want.  And based on the options you go for , the college will be alloted to you, also in my opinion if you want to go for best option corresponding to your result , you should go for more round software counselling rather than waiting for just 1 or 2 rounds to complete.
