No, admission to BSc Hons Bio Group as well as BSc Hons Maths Group in Banaras HIndu University is only done through entrance test conducted by the university that is BHU UET, you need to appear for this entrance exam to take admission in BHU, the eligibility criteria is as follows-

BSc Hons Math Group: Passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 50% marks in the aggregate of physics, maths and any one amidst chemistry, statistics, computer science, information technology,  geology and geography and passed in each of the three concerned subject

BSc Hons Bio Group: Passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 50% marks in the aggregate of physics, chemistry and any one amidst biology,  geology and geography and passed in each of the three concerned subject
