Yes you will be eligible for repeating neet exam in 2021 if you take admission in bsc health science course based on 12 score.
But however a complete drop is more advised so that you can prepare thoroughly also, after taking admission you'd have to college exams, events a, classes and practicals so you;'d have to spend time in all these activitites.
While around 60% mbbs students inn medical colleges are drppers and it doesnot matter in run as long as you study sincerely in this 1 year drop.
