I would like to inform you that you can get a job at myriad PSU's or Public sector Undertakings if you have successfully cleared your MBA degree from elite colleges in India for example if we take into consideration IIM's A,B,C.

As for example all companies has at least a GD round before coming into the Personal Interview Section.

HR round will also be held after you successfully clear both the GD as well as the first PI in companies like IOCL, BHEL, SAIL, ONGC and more.

PSUs offer vacancies in different departments such as HR, Marketing, Finance, etc for the position of Management Trainee. Some of PSUs like Coal India Limited, HPCL, IOCL, SAIL, BHEL recruit by conducting their own exam. You need to clear the written exam and then interview. The syllabus for written examination is like 50% Professional subject and 50% Apti + Reasoning + Current Affairs. Other PSUs like ONGC, POSOCO, RINL, THDCIL recruit through NTA NET. The syllabus for NET exam is available on the NTA website. Candidates who qualify NET Exams can use their NET Scorecard to take entry in the Recruitment Process of such organizations. Based on your score you will get an interview call.
