Yes, you mom can stay with you in London if she have a travel visa or work visa for UK. You will be doing your PG in London on Students Visa. You will be able to do part time job of 20 hours per week with your student visa. But if your Mom wants to work or get a job in London then she have to get a work Visa/Work Permit sponsored by a company.
