Yes, you can apply for ACPC form for pharmacy after giving exam form National Institute of Open Schooling(NIOS). NIOS board is recognized by Central government and Ministry of HRD for secondary and higher secondary board of education. So the certificate obtained from National Institute of Open schooling is equally valid for taking admissions or form filling like other board of education.
