Rajasthan Technical University, Kota releases it's branch changing form after declaration of results of first year so that only eligible candidates can change the branch. This time we are surviving in very critical and alarming circumstances, all the educational institutions have been closed since March 25th and exams and their related activities is also kept on hold due to which RTU Kota is also unable to release the branch changing form.
