Yes , when you sit for the entrance exams of different colleges, there you get an option to choose appearing over graduated. When your final semester results are awaited and you select the option appearing they will ask for the rest of the results and will provide you a stipulated date by which you need to submit the final year results. After your pg admissions are confirmed your new college will ask for the Transfer Certificate (original) and all your marksheet if available.
