Yes you can start your counselling for the mop up round directly if you have not attended the first two rounds.

Mop up round is for deemed , central or ESIC college .

And if you want to start for the counselling for the second round you have register for second round.

But in the condition that you are not alloted seat in the first round.

If you are alloted seat in the first round then you are not eligible.

Counselling starts from 27 October.
