See admission to MBBS course is done through NEET, and as of now there is no upper age  limit, as long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned below, you're eligible to appear for NEET;

Attained 17 years by 31st December of the  appearing year.

Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects.

PCB Aggregate inclusive of theory and practical needs to be achieved against one's respective category-

• UR - 50%
• SC/ST/OBC - 40%
• PWD - 45%
