No, admission into MBBS is not possible through MHT-CET, even if you have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in Class 12. The MBBS course in India is strictly offered through the NEET-UG examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), and it is the only valid entrance test for medical programs like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and other allied medical courses. MHT-CET is primarily used for admission into pharmacy, nursing, and engineering courses offered by institutes in Maharashtra. So, if you wish to pursue MBBS, you must appear for and qualify in the NEET-UG exam.
