DCRUST Murthal is a highly reputed college that offers engineering courses to aspiring students.


The placement cell in the college works very hard throughout the year to arrange for companies to come and offer jobs.


However, the placements for Mechanical Engineering are not up to the mark.

The placements for CSE are extremely great, and also for ECE, but you cannot expect the same for Mechanical Engineering as only a handful of companies come to offer jobs to Mechanical Engineering students.

It is a NAAC A rated Govt state university.

Median placement packages for BE/BTech course is 3.50 lpa.

The placements for CSE and ECE are excellent with 90% placement statistics and highest package about 7-8 lpa. However lesser companies visit for Mechanical. Companies that do visit include Jindal steel, Hyndai, Tata Motors, accenture etc.

Off campus recruitment is more prominent for Mechanical than on campus.
