Delhi University SOL does offer BCom Course, admission is done on the merit of the qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria; Candidate needs to have passed 10+2 in best five subjects with 40% aggregate (36% for OBC and 38% for PWD)

For SC/ST,they need to secure a minimum passing marks in 10+2 in order to be eligible for admission to the UG courses.
