According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs and for such rank I would suggest you to either sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks but the college will not be very good/satisfied or go with a drop year if you can afford.
