Hello Aspirant,

According to the category and rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some average NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Meghalaya and some other likewise institutions if you deserve Home state quota for them else you can go for some IIITs like IIIT Bhubaneshwar, IIIT Una and so on. If you want to get core branches such as CSE/IT then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
