As you asked for two different streams in two different colleges so it will matters a lot in the field of cutoff marks in both colleges according to your suggested departments. Studying in the field of CSE in NIT would be a best choice if your are very much interested to coding languages( if your aren't familiar with coding languages try learning #C, C++, JAVA for basic knowledge.


and in the department of Civil engineering you must have a good drawing and sketching skills.
