Hello,
For NIT the cutoff is specified by the JEEMain board only. There is not other cutoff.. different NITs have different rank range for different courses. Marks is nearly same for all the colleges. If you secure a rank below 1k then you can get an admission at any NIT you want. For CSE you have to score more and a rank below 1k even. Which means you have to bring a score above 250 in JEE mains.
