The cutoffs vary on various factors and so it changes every year. That is why it is very difficult to predict. But if we go through the cutoffs of last year then for Mandya Institute of Medical Science, Mandya the cutoffs score for SC category candidates under 85% home state quota was 394 for government quota seats. You can also check the cutoffs of other medical colleges of Karnataka here http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka Now this is last year's cutoffs and this year it could be change. So I would suggest you to use Neet college Predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
