As far as JEE mains 2020 is concerned you can the cutoff will change very much as pattern of exam also changed.

Complete scenario of JEE mains changed from this year.

So we cannot predicted correctly but yes this will be 85-90 marks most probably to qualify and to get nit you should score at least 150 marks.
