As the date is not clear yet but as per the official prospectus it will be done before 31st July so keep a track on the site.

After the sliding round if vacant seat are left, then spot counselling will be conducted by July 31, 2017. Spot counselling will be conducted offline and candidates eligible for this round have to pay additional Rs. 2,000.

Filling Vacant seats after July 31:  If any seats are lefts even after spot counselling, then there may further procedure for filling these seats which will be notified by the University by August 4.
